Nordic Friends Open will be arranged Saturday the 7:th of May in the amazing Friends Arena with a capacity of 68000 spectators! During the Fitnessgala, Nacka Dojo will arrange a BJJ tournament in cooperation with Budo&Fitness and Fitnessgalan at a big space in the arena. It will be a once in a lifetime experience to compete "at Friends with Friends".

All fighters, use GATE 3 in the morning before 10.00 for your entrance. After 10.00, use the normal entrance and show your SmoothComp account by the entrance.

COMPETITION FEE:Payment is done with creditcard when you register to the tournament. Smoothcomp will refund your fee if you cancel before Friday 20.00 on the 6:th of May

ENTRANCE FEE:Competitors will get through the entrance when they show their confirmation of payment from their Smoothcomp account. Family and friends pays the entrance fee to (from 120 skr to 200 skr/day) and the ticket will give you entrance to Fitnessgalan to watch Nordic Friends Open and all other events.

COACHES:All coaches must apply for a coach accreditation before Thursday 5th of May by filling out this form.

Rules for how many coaches you can have:
1-5 competitors: One (1 ) coach
6-10 competitors: Two (2) coaches
+ 11 competitors: Three (3) coaches

WEIGH-INS

All athletes should fight and weigh-in with the Gi. Only white, black and royal blue gi´s are allowed.
