Haninge BJJ Kids Open 2021.

A children's competition in BJJ for participants aged 4-15, all belt colors arranged by Checkmat Haninge.

 DUE TO COVID-19, it is important to read the info below:

The maximum number of participants is limited to 140  children, when they are full and paid, registration closes. All participants must complete the Health Survey and Health Declaration on the day of the competition. Fill in the fields that you can answer before (your personal information etc.) No audience is allowed, the children can bring 2-3 coaches depending on how many competitors the club has, the coaches are notified in advance to [email protected]. No exceptions will be made regarding audiences / extra accompanying parents etc. Parents are allowed to enter but maximum 1 parents/per competing child.We will stream the matches so you can follow your children's matches via Youtube stream.

Schedule:

The entrance to the facility opens at 8.00, the matches are expected to start at 9.00.

Entrance fee for non competing : 30kr 

Arena:

Torvalla Swimming and Sports Hall, Dalarövägen 68, Handen

Registration fee:

SEK 300 in ordinary registration fee.

SEK 400 in late registration fee.

Refund:

100% refund until 4/11 at 23.59, then no refund.In the event of external factors that we as organizers cannot influence, such as restrictions from the government regarding covid-19, or other decisions from RF or SBBJF and SB&K, we will NOT REFUND THE REGISTRATION.

Weight classes Boys and Girls:

-19kg, -22kg, -25kg, -28kg, -31kg, -34kg, -37kg, -40kg, -44kg, -48kg, -52kg, -56kg, -60kg, -64, -68kg, -72kg, + 72kg

Merger of classes:

Classes are merged according to SBJJF's guidelines:

1: Age (maximum 3 years difference, strives for 2 years difference)

2: Weight (maximum 2 weight classes difference combined)

3: Belts (Preferably no more than two steps between the belts, ie full colors, but exceptions may be applied in cases where there are not enough participants)

4: Gender (however, this does not apply to participants over 12 years, as you are not allowed to mix boys and girls over that age)

Clarification: First we merge No. 1, then No. 2, then No. 3.

Parents are responsible for ensuring that the correct contact information is available under each child's smoothcomp account for contact with questions regarding merging.

Weighing in:

Weighing in with gi takes place just before the competitor goes to his first match. Permitted colors on gi according to IBJJF's regulations.

Rules:

In an effort to get the opportunity to get as many matches per participant, we will adapt the competition format to the number of participants per bracket. We follow IBJJF's rulebook regarding competition.
